Our mission
Make organisations run visibly better
With technology people actually use. That is the standard we hold every solution to, and the mission behind everything Strukata builds.
Every organisation loses time somewhere. Work gets entered twice, information lives in five places, and people build workarounds for systems that were supposed to help them. Our mission is to remove that friction, structurally.
We believe technology only counts when it is used. Not the biggest system or the newest buzzword, but the smallest solution that solves the whole problem, built together with the people who do the work.
That is why we measure ourselves on one thing: whether our work is still in daily use long after we leave. Structure in your data, power in your choices.
How it works
From friction to flow
Every engagement follows the same five steps, from the moment something starts to stall to long after the solution is live.
Friction appears
Somewhere in your organisation, work starts to stall: double entry, waiting, workarounds. It quietly costs time every day.
We come to you
A short, honest conversation at the place where the work actually happens, with the people who do it.
We investigate
We map how the work really flows, find the root cause and quantify what the friction costs.
We solve it
The smallest solution that removes the whole problem: automation, software, data or simply a better process.
We stay close
Aftercare included. We measure the result, train the team and stay available, so the solution keeps working.
Our roadmap
Where we keep investing
Our field moves fast, so our own development is part of the mission. We keep deepening our understanding of AI and where it genuinely earns its place in a process. And we keep sharpening our improvement craft with proven frameworks: clear ownership through RACI, data management along the lines of DMBOK, and process modelling in standards such as BPMN.
The goal stays the same: advice and solutions that rest on recognised practice, not on hype.
