About Strukata
Structure in your data. Power in your choices.
The name comes from structure, because that's where every good solution starts: understanding how work and data are organised before deciding how technology should support them.
Strukata exists because too many digital projects start at the wrong end. A tool gets chosen, a system gets implemented, and a year later the team is still working around it in spreadsheets, only now with an extra licence bill.
We work the other way around. First the process: how does work actually flow, where does it stall, what does that cost? Then the solution: sometimes automation, sometimes a custom tool, sometimes better data or a well-placed piece of AI, and sometimes just a simpler way of working, with no new technology at all.
That order sounds obvious. In practice it's rare, because it requires saying 'no' to interesting technology when the problem doesn't need it. We think that restraint is exactly what makes the technology we do build worth the investment.
Team
Two different strengths, one shared approach
Strukata is Wesley and Mahircan, a young team with a passion for process improvement and practical AI. Wesley looks at data, information flows and processes; Mahircan turns business needs into software, integrations and practical tools. The goal is simple: understand what is slowing people down, then improve it in a way that fits the organisation.
There is a lot of talk about AI. We judge ourselves on whether it actually gets used: the tools we have built are still in daily use at the organisations we built them for. Few can say that, and it is the standard we hold every solution to.
